Consumer expectations are high, and the manufacturing standard directly impacts the quality of the finished product. For over 50 years, the Knecht family has led the company with foresight and consistency. Today, around 60 employees are employed, and there is a personal relationship with each one. More than half of the employees have been loyal to the company for over 10 years, and about a third for over 20 years. Those in leadership positions today often completed their training at KNECHT. The appreciation and trust shown to each individual here is reciprocated by the team with a sense of responsibility and loyalty. Each employee carries a high degree of personal responsibility and possesses the corresponding decision-making authority. Short communication channels allow for quick response times. The relationships among colleagues are very familiar. People know each other and understand what the other is talking about. The high level of expertise and innovative strength is a team achievement and can be attributed, among other things, to the good relationships among employees. Only open and fair collaboration ensures that all efforts are focused and work in the same direction. A sign of the company's open-minded attitude and its proximity to international markets is the number of nationalities represented in the workforce: Germany, Argentina, Vietnam, Eritrea, Turkey, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, and Russia.
