Kaymur Murat Food and Seafood Products was established in 2003 by the third generation, AHMET AKÇAKAYA and MEHMET AKÇAKAYA, in the Şerçeönü neighborhood of Kayseri. It continues its journey with an understanding open to the age and innovation. In 2012, MİMARSİNAN OSB, with its cold storage facilities and vehicle fleet, continues confidently in the sector without deviating from the path drawn by the elders, emphasizing the importance and values of human health in Turkey with its young team. We package, marinate, freeze, and sell today’s anchovy fish in our cold storage facilities in Kayseri, Turkey. We primarily process anchovy fillets.
