Depending on water quality or rather cleanliness requirements, a treatment with de-ionized, de-mineralized or ultrapure water is possible by add-on module on option. For industry 4.0 demands, the W90 is best prepared. Standardwise, a monitoring of the processing data via network is possible also from an external working place. On option, the control of the machine via OPC-UA server can be installed additionally. By special request, siliconisation of rubber parts or coating with other glide agents is additionally possible. The W90 offers maximum economic efficiency on treatment of big batch volumes at high throughput!

Foam spray systems, for direct connection to high pressure washing equipment, for dense, highly effective foam without the need for separate low pressure equipment. Foam lances with and without quick coupling, for quick and efficient connection to the high pressure machine via the rear segment of the gun. Double lance system with injector and stainless steel dosing valve, which allows, using the same equipment connected to high pressure, spraying foam with one lance and rinsing at high pressure with the other lance.

Besides the production there are robotized high pressure washing equipment, waterproof with special positioned pins for pricese water targetting, dryer and tracebility control too.
