Based in Rende (CS) and leveraging a highly specialized technical staff along with partnerships with various mechanical workshops, we develop and create, in collaboration with our clients, machines and systems for the food industry with a high degree of automation and full compliance with current safety regulations. Our product line includes a wide range of fully customizable and automated food processing plants and machines. These include: mini breweries, product pasteurizers, tunnel pasteurizers, CIP washing machines, complete lines for milk and honey processing, mills, tanks, tube-in-tube cookers, washing tanks, conveyor belts, concentrators, and heat exchangers. Additionally, we produce complete systems for wastewater treatment and purification. Our systems include the following types of purification: oily emulsion treatment, wastewater treatment, evaporation wastewater treatment, and membrane (MBR) wastewater treatment. The main activity of Food Engineering is research, technology transfer, and design of plants and machinery for the food industry. The systems are fully customizable based on customer needs, and the implementation is preceded by scientific research activities and all necessary laboratory tests to characterize the finished product.
