The IAA is a medium-sized company in the medium and heavy steel construction (as well as plant construction, apparatus construction, air technology systems). At our location in Arnstadt, we reliably implement our customers' orders with high competence and experience. For this purpose, we and our subsidiary at the location have a wide range of systems available for cutting (sawing, laser cutting, plasma cutting, flame cutting), welding technology MAG, MIG, TIG, UP (manual and robotic welding), mechanical processing (milling up to 14000mm in length, turning up to 800mm in diameter and 3000mm in length, swirling of pulleys, rollers, bending, pipe bending, profile bending) as well as surface coating (wet painting, steel shot blasting Sa2.5) for the effective processing of customer orders. For optimal planning and control, we use a PPS system from SAP. We are certified as a welding specialist company at the highest level, including for military technology. For various customers, we manufacture, for example, covers for generators, base frames, fan housings, machine beds, boom pieces and counter booms for cranes, grabbers for construction machinery, trolley frames and trolley drives, loaders at port facilities, dowel plates, and columns for column-mounted cranes..... Due to our high level of manufacturing depth, we are very flexible in processing various customer orders from all sectors of the economy.
