RV 30 Flexmaster

The RV 40 Flexmaster allows for the use of three-axis units for end processing. The machine concept is designed for predominantly chip-removing processing of workpieces in a single clamping. The typical part size ranges from a diameter of 15 to 45 mm and up to 200 mm in length. The raw material is either fed in from a bar via the Winema loading magazine or placed directly into the clamping chucks as a pressed blank or saw cut. At each station, processing can then occur simultaneously from up to 3 sides. The station with the longest processing time determines the cycle time. The workpiece can be rotated or repositioned at designated stations. If necessary, the clamping force can be reduced for finishing operations. All machining feeds of the vibration-damping pinole units are CNC-controlled, with hydraulic drive and direct measurement system.
