Screen filters - disc series (PPC - PPC VM) - for wastewater filtration

The best solution for tertiary filtration: high solid removal efficiency, minimal water and energy consumption. The PPC - PPC VM series (VM = metal tank) has been developed for medium to large potential plants. For the filters in this range, the washing of the cloth is carried out with only two pumps (one of which is a backup) that serve all the discs. The selection of the discs for backwashing (in sequence) is done using double-acting valves with pneumatic control. The largest standard model in this series has a filtration area of 160 m², capable of handling a load equivalent to a community of about 50,000 PE. A distinctive feature of this series is its low energy consumption, which becomes even more apparent with the increase in plant potential. - Gravity filtration with limited pressure loss. - Continuous filtration without backup units for backwashing phases.
