Since 1750, our family has been operating the family farm in Avernes, right in the heart of the Vexin français, in the Northwest of the Paris basin. And for now, we only supply our products in France. Our products are recognized as "Produits du Parc naturel régional du Vexin Français", committing us to an environmentally respectful approach, through numerous criteria from cultivation to processing, which are scrupulously adhered to. The oils are produced by first cold pressing and are made from seeds grown on-site, with the exception of sesame, nigella, and pumpkin seeds. L’Huilerie Avernoise has often been awarded for its oils in competitions, such as in 2009 when it received the Gourmet d’Or at the AVPA competition for exceptional cultivated products.
