The S-100 Twin, typically used as an online thickness gauge for barrier film lines, also measures layflat size and web position. It can be connected to the FE-8 control unit just like a regular measuring bar. Application: The S-100 Twin can be used as an online thickness gauge and a measuring bar at the same time. The FE-8 is a modular system to measure and control the layflat width on blown film lines. It can be used as a simple measuring device or as a stand-alone control system package. The non-contact measuring bar detects the edges of the film by two infrared sensors. In this way, it calculates the layflat width. The advantage of this measuring method is that the real layflat width is registered, after the shrinking of the film. Hence the FE-8 is an important device also on lines where the bubble circumference is measured. Application: The FE-8 is a layflat width measuring and control system for blown film lines. The Tubair is an optional unit to control the bubble size. It inflates or deflates air into the bubble, depending on the actual size. The Tubair is directly connected to the FE-8 control panel and to the existing air pressure grid. It can be used on lines with stationary or oscillating die. Application: The Tubair controls the bubble size on lines with stationary or oscillating die.

The Blowair is an optional unit to the FE-8 to control the size of the bubble. A built-in compressor generates the air pressure, which is inflated or deflated, depending on the actual size. The Blowair is wirelessly connected to the FE-8 control panel. This device is used on blown film lines with continuously rotating dies. Application: The Blowair is designed to control the bubble size on lines with continuously rotating die.

The Filmtest is an offline film thickness measuring system that can be used for quality control and process optimization. The combination of several measuring functions in an offline system makes the Filmtest a valuable tool for a professional quality control of blown and cast films. Due to fast and easy handling, it is practical to perform measurements at every roll change. Consistent measurement means you can provide your customer with more assurance that delivered production is within specification. Application: The Filmtest is used for process optimization and quality control in the lab. Download: Brochure

PROFILSTAR.NET collects displays and stores blown film measurement data. The number of monitored units and connected terminals that can be used is virtually unlimited. It can be used as a simple thickness profile and/or layflat monitoring system to visualize and optimize production data, or as a complete quality control system including order and recipe management features. Application: The Profilstar.NET is designed to visualize thickness gauges and width gauges from Kündig Control Systems. Download: Brochure

Hexagonal Boron Nitride has a microstructure similar to that of Graphite. In both materials this structure, made up of layers of tiny platelets, is responsible for excellent machinability and low-friction properties. we called hexagonal boron nitride (HBN) or white graphite. Material of Boron Nitride Ceramics: Pyrolytic Boron Nitride: 99.99% Boron Nitride* 99 Boron Nitride: Boron Nitride + Boric Oxide (B2O3) CABN: Boron Nitride + Calcium Borate ALBN: Boron Nitride + Al2BO3 ZRBN: Boron Nitride + Zirconium Oxide + Boric Oxide (B2O3) ZABN: Boron Nitride + Zirconium Oxide + Aluminum Nitride + Al2BO3 SCBN: Boron Nitride + Silicon Carbon + Al2BO3 Processing of Boron Nitride Ceramics: 1.Hot Pressed Sintering 2.Chemical Vapor Deposition
