Description
The Grizzly Screen is used in a wide variety of fields, including mining, building material, and aggregate processing. It is mainly used to remove large or rough materials in the feed stream before reaching the position of primary crusher or processing equipment. The screen is useful for handling heavy loads and large, coarse materials since it is robustly built and includes heavy bars or grates that are spaced in a manner allowing small particles to pass through, but not large rocks, debris, and extraneous material. Grizzly Screen to permit only desirable-sized material to pass to the next stage of processing. The advantage is that it will try to avoid blockages, reduce wear on machinery, and stabilize a flow of materials throughout the plant. The Grizzly Screen design is simple in nature, and at the same time, efficient. It consists of a series of parallel bars or grates, set at a specific distance apart.
