WINEMAKING Destemmed, both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in 1,000 l. stainless steel vats. The wine is then aged in used French oak barrels for only 9 months in order to preserve the delicate notes and exceptional character. TASTING NOTES Intense and vibrant red fruit -raspberries, red currant combined with a bright zesty acidity. To finish it off, the spectacular floral nose floats above it all.

ORIGIN Red Wine Bordeaux Supérieur A second wine from Château Guillaume Blanc, Château Prieuré Guillaume comes from a meticulously selected single plot of 15 hectares. Cabernet Sauvignon is planted in the gravelly part, while Merlot is planted in the clay-limestone section. This allows the grapes to fully express their characteristics. This Bordeaux, certified as Agriculture Raisonnée (Reasoned Agriculture) and Haute Valeur Environnementale (Level 3), has received careful attention from vineyard to winery. The aim in vinification and aging is to achieve a gourmand and light character.
