GEMINI V R double head cutting machine
Description
Automatic two-head cutting machine with 550 mm blade, with 3-axis servo control, is ideal for cutting aluminum and PVC profiles of different angles and thicknesses. It provides automatic positioning at all intermediate degrees between -22.5º and 45º, as well as providing a perfect cutting operation. It provides the process of cutting profiles with a minimum length of 400 mm and a maximum length of 4948 mm with a double head at the same time, being able to make cuts greater than the actual measurement of the machine. Thanks to the automatic horizontal and vertical clamps and the profile support unit, it increases the cutting quality while prioritizing safety.
