Oil Mist Separator AS 106-125

Centrifugal separators are a cost-effective solution for filtering oil and emulsion mist from wet machining processes. The dynamically operating separators are particularly efficient in removing oil mist, offering excellent performance at very low operating costs. In combination with the aerosol filter (see photo), oil smoke can be easily filtered out from the extracted air. The air returned to the room is 100% free of microparticles larger than 0.3µm and meets the EN1822 standard, thus complying with hygiene requirements according to VDI 6022. Another feature of the Matzek centrifugal separators is their compact design with low noise levels.
