FLECKS brewing systems have been around for over 20 years, with sizes ranging from 3.5, 10, 20, 30, to 50 HL: to date, more than 150 semi- or fully automatic breweries have been established in 37 countries. We are a family-owned business in the 2nd generation, based in Styria/Austria, and we provide everything from a single source: brewing technology, planning, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, training, beer recipes, and remote maintenance. Typical: Sustainable energy systems, brewing methods: external cooker (English: calandria) + infusion (English: infusion) + decoction (English: decoction), complete planning for the tanks, electrical planning, own AUTOMATION programming with Siemens hardware. Production takes place in Austria, Germany, and Slovenia, with long-standing partners in stainless steel/copper/brass processing, featuring their own surface treatment and laser cutting technology. In addition to complete brewing systems with the renowned FLECKS external cooker for various mashing techniques, we also build additional equipment such as: CIP cleaning systems, yeast propagators, hop guns for dry hopping, short-time heaters (English: flash pasteurizer), FLECKSMIXER a patented mixing and stirring system for thick mashes, and much more.
