ERKAS MACHINE AND GEAR INDUSTRY

ERKAS MACHINERY began its activities with the manufacturing of machining, various machines, spare parts for the iron and steel industry, and custom manufacturing, gearwheels, and purpose-made machines based on orders in Karadeniz Ereğli in 1989. The company started to increase its production capacity with a 3000m2 closed area in a 6000m2 parcel in 2009. Furthermore, the manufacturing of coil tongs, slab tongs, overhead cranes, trolleys, specially designed machines, and project engineering and engineering consultancy services have been added to our product range. Our productions achieve our objectives through the high-quality solutions provided by our fast, dynamic, and experienced technical staff, which meet customer expectations on time. Our goal is to manufacture high-quality products based on a total quality system, customer satisfaction, and timely production. Meeting our customers’ expectations by serving with this vision and being their effective supplier is one of our objectives. The company has enhanced its capacity and efficiency to higher levels by increasing the number of stands, closed working areas, and qualified personnel through its investments.
