Embutidos La Hoguera S.A. is an agro-food company that began its activities in 1986, as a continuation of a comprehensive project that encompasses the entire chain from pig farming, slaughterhouse, cutting room, to the transformation of products. The philosophy behind this project originated from four partners with the idea of adding value to pig production while also creating jobs to help develop the rural environment. Currently, Embutidos La Hoguera is a consolidated company within the agro-food sector, continuously developing and employing 95 workers. At Embutidos La Hoguera, we believe that the combination of tradition, technology, and research are the keys to producing high-quality food. These are the principles we have embraced since our beginnings, which have made La Hoguera a great brand committed to health and the future. At LA HOGUERA, we cultivate our lands and raise our pigs. The genetic base we work with is the RAZA DUROC, known for providing high-quality meat. This, combined with a completely natural diet primarily consisting of local cereals, as well as maintaining high health standards in our farms located in an unparalleled environmental setting, ensures that we have the best raw materials for the production of our EMBUTIDOS, ADOBADOS, and JAMONES.
