Non-Station Type RMS 202

P3 Automation contributes to reducing assembly costs with the multi-rivet station RMS 202. The compact and flexible rivet station type 202 can place up to two magazine rivets in a single work cycle into the component. If needed, a rivet module can also be operated individually. The activation and deactivation are controlled via a hydraulic shut-off valve located beneath the work surface. Due to its compact design, the rivet station requires minimal space. The lockable swivel casters allow for flexible use at different production locations. An organizational system is integrated into the front door of the rivet station, ensuring structured storage of riveting equipment. The multi-riveting increases the productivity of assembly and the quality of the components. The linear adjustment range of the rivet modules from 30 to 140 mm enables the assembly of various components.
