The BS-24A band saw from BAILEIGH is fully automatic, featuring a highly precise programmable feed that allows for advancing a bar or a bundle of tubes to the desired length. Thanks to the vertical vise, bar feeding is possible, significantly increasing productivity. Additionally, the BS-24A band saw is equipped with two horizontal vises that secure the material during cutting. Once the cut is completed, the arm rises hydraulically, the blade stops, and the vise opens. The machine is ready for a new cut. This machine is one of the most efficient band saws available. Its feed table is also quite substantial, capable of supporting a load of up to 2268 kg. It utilizes a powerful hydraulic linear feed system coupled with encoders, ensuring extremely precise material feeding each time, along with very reliable and adjustable horizontal and vertical clamping, as well as descent control.
