Prototype Production

From idea to prototype, to series production and spare parts – we provide quick assistance. Thanks to our versatile machinery and numerous partnerships, we can deliver prototypes and spare parts on short notice. We utilize the following techniques: - Dipped parts, e.g., made from polyurethane, silicone, and many other polymers - Elastomer injection molded parts from simple aluminum tools using all common elastomers - Formed in place gaskets made from silicone, polyurethane, and acrylic - 3D cuts using water jet cutting technology from foams, thermoplastics, and also from supplied soft metals - 3D additive manufacturing parts currently made from acrylic, silicone, polyurethane, and PEEK. This technology allows for the realization of new part geometries (e.g., undercuts). We are constantly expanding our range. Thanks to our membership in the "Mobility goes Additive" initiative, we are continuously enhancing our expertise.
