durcrete primarily focuses on application-ready solutions of UHPC as a cement-bound mineral cast in mechanical engineering. The elements are used in machine beds of machine tools, test benches, or in the substructures of robotic units. For 10 years, NANODUR concrete has also been used in various other fields, especially those related to construction. This includes primarily bullet-resistant facade panels. Depending on the application, our self-compacting concretes are free from plastics, fibers, and reinforcement. The casting compounds are mixed with water, filled into molds, and processed without vibration. They harden without energy input, solvents are not required, and the concrete can be easily recycled. We supply both finished products such as machine components and ready-mixed concrete for immediate use. We are also happy to advise you on setting up your own production facility for UHPC with the binding agent Nanodur Compound from Dyckerhoff GmbH.
