The PENNISI cannoli factory was established 20 years ago, initially as a complement to another seasonal activity, but over the years, the work has become much more interesting, evolving into the main focus of the business. The operation spans an area of 3,500 square meters, including 1,500 square meters of active workshops and storage. The production of the pastry is done in a traditional manner. Its traditional recipe is made from simple ingredients. Over the years, our love for this unique and strictly typical product has led us to enhance its features, making it more enjoyable even without filling, which remains an inseparable and idyllic pairing. Today, the yield of the delicious and fragrant pastry manages to retain its crispness long enough to enjoy the cannoli filled the next day.
