The CryLaS Q-series lasers are diode-pumped solid-state lasers (DPSS lasers) based on a microchip design. It consists of a Nd:YAG resonator with a directly coupled saturable absorber that works as a passive Q-switch. The compact housing and simple operation make the lasers an ideal light source for applications that require minimal housing dimensions with maximum performance. Based on the 1064 nm fundamental, non-linear optics (NLO optics) generate frequency multiples of this fundamental, covering a broad spectrum of laser wavelengths from 1064 nm to 213 nm. The DSS1064-Q2 laser emits pulses with a pulse width of approx. 1.5 ns at 1064 nm and can be modulated from single shot to 10 kHz. The pulse energy is 20 µJ. CryLaS lasers impress with their simple installation, service-free operation and long service life.

Our Master Oscillator Power Amplifier – MOPA for short – series contains a diode-pumped power amplifier in addition to a DPSS laser. High peak or high average power – whatever your application requires. Due to the special technical design of the laser system, it works in transversal single-mode operation with high peak-to-peak pulse power stability, medium medium power stability and short pulse duration of around 1 to 2 ns. The laser can be triggered either via an external signal source or via an internal oscillator using software commands. The MOPA532-250 is a high-peak power MOPA with a peak pulse power of over 180 kW. It delivers 250 µJ single pulse energy and can operate at repetition rates up to 1 kHz. The pulse energy is adjusted via simple terminal or software commands. The laser system is suitable for laser marking and processing as well as for applications in analytical measurement technology.

Our Master Oscillator Power Amplifier - MOPA for short - series contains a diode-pumped power amplifier in addition to a DPSS laser. High peak or high average power - just as your application requires. Due to the special technical design of the laser system, it works in transverse single-mode operation with high peak-to-peak pulse power stability, good average power stability and a short pulse duration of around 1 to 2 ns. The laser can be triggered either via an external signal source or via an internal oscillator using software commands. The MOPA1064-2000 mW is a quasi-CW MOPA with a maximum repetition rate of 20 kHz. It delivers 140 µJ single pulse energy and an average power of up to 2 W. The pulse energy can be set via simple terminal or software commands. The laser system is suitable for laser marking and processing as well as for applications in analytical measurement technologies.

The CryLaS High-Power series lasers are diode-pumped solid-state lasers (DPSS lasers) based on a microchip design. It consists of a Nd:YAG resonator with a directly coupled saturable absorber that works as a passive Q-switch. As the historically first development of CryLaS GmbH, the lasers are widely used in industrial and scientific application. They impress with their reliability, especially in the OEM business, and offer high pulse power with comparatively small housing dimensions. Thanks to frequency conversion, the lasers are available from IR to DUV. The FTSS355-300 laser delivers 300 µJ pulse energy at a maximum repetition rate of 20 Hz and a pulse width of 1.7 ns, i.e. a peak pulse power of 175 kW. CryLaS lasers impress with their simple installation, service-free operation and long laser lifetime. They are the ideal tool for OEM applications and demanding scientific lab use.
