DOMAINE DE MAS CARON

The Domaine de Mas Caron is located in the heart of a mountainous landscape surrounded by the majestic Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail in the sunny PACA - Provence region of France. This area is renowned for its natural beauty, famous wines, and rich cultural heritage. In an authentic 18th-century property, we produce on eleven hectares of vineyards from the main grape varieties that make up the AOP Ventoux: red wines (Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Carignan), white wines (Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Viognier), as well as rosé wines (Cinsault and Carignan through direct pressing, and a hybrid that we invite you to discover, the Caladoc). This terroir, known for its strong winds, is also a favored location for wine production. The cool nights of Mont Ventoux and the sun of Provence give our wines a subtle finesse and great intensity. We are pleased to welcome you to our cellar every day except Sundays and public holidays, from 10 AM to 12:30 PM and from 3 PM to 7 PM. Apart from producing French wines intended for wholesale and export, the Domaine de Mas Caron offers you a perfect setting for wine tourism: guided tours of the vineyard, tastings, art exhibitions, summer evenings, and charming lodgings await you in the heart of Mont Ventoux, classified as a "biosphere reserve" by UNESCO.
