DLyte eBlast is an electropolishing equipment that offers a stream of solid-electrolyte particles propelled by a non-conductive liquid media to improve the surface quality of metal pieces. This electrochemical surface finishing process is especially designed to surface finish large or heavy parts, or with complex geometries which are difficult to polish by immersion or that require a localized finishing, like welded areas. The new electro-blasting technology is perfect for blind holes, slots, occluded areas and inner channels. This new way to apply electropolishing allows a focused surface finishing, as the media is projected towards a localized area of the piece. DLyte eBlast joins together some benefits in comparison to other surface finishing technologies. The main advantages are that this process can be applied locally in the required area. The process improves the final appearance of metal parts, with no pitting on the metal surface.

Light Clamps – the clever plastic series: With the plastic tube connectors from the "Light Clamps" series, RK Rose+Krieger has developed a cost-effective and versatile range of tube connectors for the positive connection of tubes in the light load range. This design enables the clamping of the most various tube sections and –diameters. Besides their attractive design and the intelligent system of reducing bushes the clamping elements are characterised especially by their resistance to chemicals. They are particularly appropriate for sensitive applications under laboratory conditions and for industrial applications as, for instance, in the beverage or packing industry.

Our type REB axial forming machines, with their compression power of up to 287,000 lbs, are particularly well-suited to effortlessly master complex geometries. With up to 6 forming steps in combination with an additional clamping unit, they will satisfy almost all requirements. The operation is simple and intuitive with a touch panel. The sequence control makes each separate movement of the respective forming step user-friendly and fully programmable. We offer the option to equip our systems with electric or hydraulic-numerical drives. These forming processes can be completed stepwise in transfer systems to achieve very short cycle times. Simultaneous axis movements ensure fast production processes and an efficient and highly dynamic production.
