Prototype Development

Prototype Construction We manufacture the first sample parts and prototypes prior to the actual series production to test their properties. For this purpose, we have access to state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, such as 3D machining. Through the appropriate CAD/CAM integration, a quick transition from the CAD model to the real component is possible. By efficiently combining additional individual processes, such as laser welding, eroding, grinding, etc., we produce small series for testing, trials, and validation of computer simulations. Precise evaluations using a 3D coordinate measuring machine are part of our standards, as is our extensive laboratory equipment. Short pathways and a lean organizational structure enable us to achieve maximum flexibility and the shortest response times.
