The RESISTOMAT® model 2329 is particularly suitable for fast measurements of low resistances in automated processes. Up to 50 measurements per second can easily be performed. The device complies with the latest CE guidelines and is designed for laboratory use as well as heavy-duty industrial applications. A 2-fold and 4-fold comparator with switching outputs has been included for classifi cation and selection; this feature is particularly useful for serial tests. One special application involves the measurement of contact resistances (dry-circuit measurement); the load voltage in this case is limited to 20 mV in order to prevent fritting (DIN IEC 512). The RS232 (standard) and IEEE488, USB and Ethernet (option) computer interfaces allow the set-up of fully automatic testing stations. The PLC interface allows easy integration into your production process control.

The Loresta GX is used to measure conductors and semiconductors in the lower resistance range. Measuring range: 10^-4 – 10^7 Ω. It is used to measure the surface resistivity (Ω / □), the volume resistivity (Ω · cm), electrical conductivity (S / cm) in the low-resistance range. The Loresta-GX works according to the 4-pin measuring method. The method is based on the four-wire method and was developed to eliminate the influence of contact resistance. The measuring heads consist of four needle-like electrodes. To simplify the measurement method and calculate the correction factors, all four electrodes are at an equidistant distance from each other. Conductive Materials: Paints, pastes, paints, printing ink, Smart Textiles, Plastics, rubber Film materials, metallic thin films, metallised films, resistor pastes amorphous silicon / silicon wafer, antistatic materials, EMC shielding materials ...

The T610 is a handheld measuring instrument from the Trotec MultiMeasure family, used for quick non-destructive moisture measurement up to 300 mm. Another advantage of the process, aside from the measuring depth, is its independence from the level of salt content in the material. This creates no dissimilarity to the microwave technique, whether it is an older or a new building being gauged. Since the unit’s screen can show two values, for purposes of results evaluation, a function value can be indicated at the same time as the present measured value, if needed. The T610 moisture meter can be linked to a PC through a USB cable. Due to the MultiMeasure Studio Software, the gauged values of the device can be transported online and in real time to the PC. A few practical benefits: German industrial design in robust, premium two-component construction with IP54 type of protection
