Primary crushing machine for effective size reduction. The material reduction occurs through the rotation of impact hammers installed on the rotor. The rotor's rotation is driven by the coupling between the electric motor, pulleys, and V-belts. The hammers strike and crush the inert material, which undergoes further reduction through self-collision. The machine is equipped with a hydraulic unit that operates hydraulic pistons, allowing for the adjustment of the output material size (adjustment of the distance between hammers and impact plates). The hydraulic unit also enables the complete opening of the machine for easy and quick maintenance. The device with nitrogen cylinders helps counteract the force of impacts on the impact plates, thereby maintaining the set adjustment.
