Rotors with Magnets

Rotors with surface-mounted permanent magnets Rotors with embedded magnets Outrunner type external rotors Rotors with additional bandaging (Polyglass, Kevlar, Carbon) At PZK BRNO, we manufacture both rotors with surface-mounted permanent magnets and those with embedded magnets in small and medium sizes (up to 50 kg) upon request. We focus on special applications with high quality requirements. In our own testing laboratory, we assess the magnetic properties of individual magnets as well as the products containing them, and we also test the strength of adhesive bonds. For dimensional control, we have a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), and we perform balancing on our own balancing machine. We are capable of designing or optimizing the most suitable solution using the finite element method (FEM).
