Encapsulation Processes According to Emulsion/Stabilization Technology

Encapsulation through emulsion and stabilization technology is a process that we utilize in the industry. The technology used at MCT is a membrane microencapsulation process, also known as "coreshell." This technology produces emulsions composed of droplets of varying sizes, which will yield microcapsules of the same size and will have different characteristics based on their diameters. This particle size distribution will play an important role in the stability and effectiveness of the microparticles present, such as in spray drying. This stability, as well as the size of the droplets and the ratio of oil to water, will be important factors during the encapsulation process according to emulsion/stabilization. The particles during emulsion/stabilization have a size ranging from 1µm to 50µm.
