Since 1981, BIOFRUISEC has specialized in the import and distribution of organic and fair trade dried fruits. Its goal was to find exceptional fruits from the best terroirs in the world and to promote superior quality food rather than focusing on productivity at all costs. This vision has shaped the current values of the family business, which focuses on taste and nutritional quality, as well as fair and eco-responsible practices in line with the ethics and values of organic farming. The range of dried fruits offered is intentionally limited to ensure quality, and it only expands if it meets the three fundamentals: the variety of the fruit, its terroir, and the expertise in processing, with the aim of providing unique quality in the market. All fruits are harvested at their ideal ripeness, then quickly dried at low temperatures with care to preserve their quality. The traditional know-how of the producers, combined with the constant improvement of techniques, allows for the offering of exceptional products whose characteristics closely resemble those of fresh fruits ripened on the tree.
