Shaft, sleeve, and sealing ring - Shipbuilding - propulsion line

We manufacture bearings, shaft sleeves, and sealing systems in raw or fully machined forms for the propulsion line, using copper alloys or stainless steels. Alloys: bronze (CuSn10Zn, RG10, CuSn12 ...), copper-aluminum (CuAl10Fe5Ni5), copper-nickel, or stainless steels. The shaft sleeves cast at LBI are offered either in raw form or fully machined in the bore (inner diameter), ready to be shrunk onto the shaft. LBI is recognized for its ability to provide high-quality shaft sleeves under the best conditions worldwide, whether for classic ships, military vessels, or icebreakers. The shaft sleeves are inspected and delivered with a 3.2 certification.
