Transpersonal and spiritual counseling is a meeting with a professional who helps the client (company, individual, couple, group) activate their inner creative and relational resources. These resources are useful for addressing and overcoming life’s challenges and relational conflicts at work, in the family, or in social contexts, as well as for creatively developing one’s professional path and studies or emotional relationships. Transpersonal and spiritual counseling can facilitate the choice of a study path that aligns with the individual's creative aptitudes. This type of counseling also enhances interpersonal relationships in the workplace with the aim of making them more humane and collaborative, and it helps reduce employee stress and unproductive costs.
