The cooperative Coprobel brings together 25 passionate poultry farmers who have been raising and marketing an exceptional quality, tasty, organic, and fair chicken, the Coq des Prés, for over 20 years. The chicken is offered whole or cut, fresh or frozen, and in various types of packaging tailored to customer demands. The cooperators also offer their organic eggs, the Œuf des Prés, and a range of organic jarred preserves (rillettes, pâtés, vol-au-vent, meatballs, etc.) produced in their new artisanal workshop inaugurated in 2023, the Bocal des Prés.
