CONEX Energy Systems GmbH is engaged in the trade of accumulators (batteries). The company was founded in 1993 as "Batterievertrieb Thomas Birr" in Moers and quickly made a name for itself across Germany by distributing high-quality batteries for ships, forklifts, cleaning and sweeping machines, as well as for industrial applications of all kinds. Naturally, a comprehensive service was offered from the very beginning, which included installation, maintenance, repair, and disposal, along with computer-controlled capacity analysis. In 2009, the company took over the German general representation for ZENITH Deep Cycle Battery, which has the specific goal of producing maintenance-free, environmentally friendly energy packages for battery-specific applications and offering them to customers worldwide. This marked the beginning of a successful cooperation for both parties, characterized by trust, honesty, and mutual respect to this day. The changing market situation and increasing demand led to a thought in 2012: Why not utilize the existing extensive technical know-how to offer our customers, alongside the internationally recognized brands from our range, our own batteries and chargers? Batteries and chargers from selected manufacturers that can meet our quality standards! Batteries that impress with an excellent price-performance ratio, not just a big name! From a thought came an idea, from an idea came a concrete plan, at the end of which stood CONEX Energy Systems GmbH. At the beginning of 2013, the company "Batterievertrieb Thomas Birr GmbH" was renamed CONEX Energy Systems GmbH, and the development of a new online presence began to better present the company, as well as the product and brand range. A new path was taken, but our philosophy remained: We want satisfied customers from industry and trade, whom we can convince with the reliable delivery of high-quality and innovative products. Today, CONEX Energy Systems GmbH offers all types of batteries in its range: starter, traction, stationary, and device batteries, maintenance-free AGM/Gel batteries, or classic flooded batteries.
