CHOCMOD - LES TRUFFETTES DE FRANCE

The company CHOCMOD is a family business founded in 1948 in Tourcoing, France, under the name CHOCOLATERIE ET CONFISERIE MODERNE. The passion for chocolate that drives the Destombes brothers allows them to develop their activities, which soon extend beyond regional borders. Very open to the outside world, the company's reputation has spread internationally since the late 1980s. In 1995, the company adopted the name CHOCMOD and established itself at the site in Roncq (86 111P2). In 2008, the arrival of Messrs. Ghislain Lesaffre and Antoine Fortin, the current president and general director, brought new dynamism to the company. In 2010, a new production unit was under construction in Canada (St-Jean-sur-Richelieu) to serve customers in Canada, the United States, and Mexico. Chocmod Canada's operations officially began in April 2011. A French chocolatier and confectioner, CHOCMOD specializes in the manufacture and distribution of chocolate truffles in over 45 countries across 5 continents. The company is well-known and recognized by its trademark "Truffettes de France."
