The PIERRE family currently cultivates 4.5 hectares in the Marne Valley, primarily planted with Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The main grape varieties are: - Chardonnay: Floral notes, citrus, sometimes mineral, all in delicacy. - Pinot Noir: Softness and fruitiness, adding roundness to the blend. - Pinot Meunier: Aromas of red fruits and a marked structure. It brings body and power to the blend. The harvest has been entirely manual for centuries to ensure a quality and artisanal yield.
