CAVAS VÍA DE LA PLATA

Bodegas Vía de la Plata is one of the most recognized traditional wineries in the town of Almendralejo. Almendralejo, the capital of Tierra de Barros, stands out in the wine world as one of the International Cities of Wine, a title it received in 1983, reflecting the deep-rooted culture of wine and vineyards in the region and consequently in its population. As early as 1985, the Extremaduran town of Almendralejo was authorized to produce CAVA, under its own CAVA Denomination of Origin. Our winery crafts and ages wine artisanally in underground cellars, following the traditional method, producing over half a million bottles of CAVA each year. In our work, we focus solely on producing all these bottles with the common denominator of quality. This commitment is validated by significant awards both nationally and internationally, recognizing our efforts. Love and hard work always pay off.
