ViscoDos-4000-2K Touch | Pump Control - Microprocessor Control with Display

The dosing control ViscoDos-4000-2K Touch is designed to control two ViscoTec dispensers with DC motors in a defined mixing ratio (MR). The control is based on a control panel with a 5.7" VGA TFT color display. All process parameters can be set on the display and stored in the integrated recipe management: - Mixing ratio (by volume) - Dosage amount (in ml) - Discharge rate (in ml/s) - Flush shot volume (in ml) All process-relevant parameters are monitored: - Pot life - Flush shot - Time until the next flush shot - Maximum number of flush shots - Level of material supply - Incoming pre- and dosing pressure in each component - All faults are displayed in plain text on the display Additionally, the monitoring of the supply systems is integrated.
