Its wide flanges, such as HEA, HEB, HEM, enhance horizontal inertia. The box single girder crane also features a single girder, constructed from a welded assembly of plates on robotic welding benches in OMIS factories. This assembly forms a box girder, providing high resistance to torsion with reinforcement at the two assembly zones. This type of girder allows for the creation of cranes with larger spans and higher lifting capacities than the profiled single girder crane.
