The precision Pt100 simulator is used wherever measuring instruments or controlling systems have to be tested or calibrated with great precision. The standard version model 4506 simulates 24 set temperature values. Totally different temperature ranges are required in the case of special applications, such as in the food industry, the medical science etc. Model 4506 S is recommended for these applications and can be fitted with 24 temperature values according to customer specifications. A distinctive feature of these simulators is their simple operation. The resistance values required for simulation are directly set in °C. There is no need to use loof-up tables. Today in many cases a certificate is needed more than ever force measurements. This certificate is available under order code 45DKD-.. . Features: 24 set temperature values Calibration per DIN EN 60751 Resistor material: MANGANIN®, TK ≤ 10 ppm/K Pt100, Pt500, Pt1000 Available with DKD Certificate if required

This high-precision calibration source is able to measure currents up to ±50 mA, voltages ±100 V and temperature setpoint values of 12 thermocouple types, including R, S, B, J, T, E, K and N. Voltage drops across the measuring leads can be easily compensated via the sense line. With “thermoelectric voltage simulation” you can enter °C, °F and K, the temperature scales ITS-90 or IPTS-68 and the reference junction type constant/external. Furthermore, when simulating thermocouples a calibrated external reference junction can be used, with the calibration data being taken into account in the device. The device can be operated both via the keypad and via the Ethernet and USB interface. Features: — DC voltage up to ±100.0000 V, ±0.002 % — DC current up to ±50.0000 mA, ±0.005 % - Thermocouple simulation of R, S, B, J, T, E, K, N, M, C, D, G2 - Automatic sequence function (ramp function)

The very short torque sensor model 8656 is contactless constructed. The torque is recorded by the torsion of the shaft using the strain gauge principle. Thanks to the inductive and optical transmission of the signals, the sensor is maintenance-free, the signals are digitized directly on the shaft and made available by the evaluation electronics as a voltage signal or via USB. Thanks to the high-quality, up to 10,000 rpm is possible. The direction of rotation can be seen from the potential of the output voltage, clockwise rotation corresponds to positive output voltage, counterclockwise rotation the voltage level is negative. The shaft is equipped with keyways in every measuring range, matching keys are included. If a key connection is not required, the key can be omitted. The torque is matched with suitable couplings, we recommend model 8690, safely transmitted.

The compact torque sensor model 8655 with standard square is contactless constructed. The torque is recorded by the torsion of the shaft using the strain gage principle. Thanks to the inductive and optical transmission of the signals, the sensor is maintenance-free, the signals are digitized directly on the shaft and made available by the evaluation electronics as a voltage signal or via USB. The direction of rotation can be seen from the potential of the output voltage, clockwise rotation corresponds to positive output voltage, counterclockwise rotation the voltage level is negative. The standard square enables simple integration into existing systems or devices, additional components such as couplings are not require. To record the speed and angle of rotation, the sensor can optionally be equipped with an incremental disc with 400 increments. This speed / angle signal is available as a TTL output signal.

The new 9250/9251 amplifier generation unites all the features that make modern measurement data acquisition actually possible for the first time. Network-compatible, high-precision, user-friendly, smart and versatile: the combined system of amplifier module and Fieldbus controller can be integrated into any existing setup. The Fieldbus controller delivers all signals exactly where they are needed, to be combined, checked and linked. With the available Fieldbus interfaces, you are flexible, perfectly connected and you save time, costs and other resources when linking to and integrating into existing systems. Due to the integrated measuring input, the use of a Fieldbus controller module is sufficient for single-channel applications. For multi-channel applications, the system can be expanded to up to 9 measuring channels. Up to 8 bus-compatible model 9250 instrumentation amplifiers can be cascaded on the model 9251 Fieldbus controller.

The sensor model 8228 with its measuring accuracy of 0.05% F.S. (for the measuring ranges ≤ 1 bar, the measuring accuracy is 0.1% F.S.) ideally suited as a reference sensor. The compact dimensions, the robust housing and the industrial-grade output signal result in a very wide range of applications. All components in contact with media are made of stainless steel. An integrated measuring amplifier converts the measuring signals directly into interference-free voltage signals or current signals that can be transmitted over long distances. With the „gage“ measurement type, the pressure measurement is carried out against the ambient pressure, the sensor has a bore that is protected against ambient influences to compensate for the ambient pressure. With the „Absolute“ measurement type, the applied pressure is measured against an enclosed vacuum; this measurement type is available from the measuring range 0 ... 250 mbar. The electrical connection is made via an M12 x 1 connector.

The RESISTOMAT® model 2311 has been designed and optimized for high-speed applications in automation systems. Up to 100 measurements per second can be achieved. It works on the basis of the welltried four-wire measurement method in which test-lead resistances and contact resistances are eliminated. The instrument leads are monitored for damage by a built-in open circuit detector. A 2-way and 4-way comparator with switching outputs is available for classifications and selections. Of course, temperature compensation is available for any test object material. Specific temperature coefficients can be entered. Temperature recording takes place using a PT100 sensor or a temperature transmitter (pyrometer) with an analog output. A special circuit for protecting the measurement input when measuring inductive test objects has been developed to prevent damage to the meter from voltage peaks produced when the test object is disconnected.
