The Flines-lez-Mortagne brewery (59158 - France) was founded in 1836. It quickly took on the name Namur-Blauwart brewery and became known in the region for its "Brunador" and "La bière bock." Handed down from father to son, the adventure unfortunately came to an end in the 1950s, unable to withstand the influx of large industrial brewing groups. After several decades of inactivity, the grandson of the last active brewer decided to revive production. Heir to a centuries-old family know-how, Cédille brewery has been offering high-quality craft beers made naturally according to tradition since April 2022. Our team is also attentive to recent developments in the beer market, a drink that is undeniably trendy and now available in countless more or less surprising recipes.
