Frame Method

Here, parts that can no longer be processed as bulk materials are hung on racks. All parts that cannot be bulk processed due to their geometry are worked on racks. Through the individual adjustment of the racks, we can also handle complex-shaped parts. Our focus is on small parts and medium-sized parts (up to 400 mm in length). Surfaces: Tin (Sn), Copper (Cu), Nickel (Ni), Gold (Au), and Silver (Ag) Base materials: Copper and copper alloys: such as CuSn, CuZnNi, CuNiSi, CuZn, CuBe, and Iron.
