All our products are sourced from organic farming, and the drying process is based on customer specifications and made to order to ensure a long shelf life. The fruits are dried at low temperatures (max 42°C) in regularly monitored dryers. Dried fruit is a product like any other that contains all the nutrients. It is simply dehydrated, meaning it has lost water content between 91-88%. Consumption occurs in several forms: molded consumption, direct consumption. The product has a residual water content between 9-12%. This transformation is of particular interest to confectionery and pastry making. Dried fruits are consumed during hiking, as a snack, a hunger suppressant, an appetizer, or a dessert. They are also ideal for athletes. They are also used in baking and can replace raisins.
