BIBO creates hot beverages with a unique taste experience by artisanally roasting French grains, providing an eco-friendly alternative to teas and coffees that come from the other side of the world. Our signature recipe, L'Original, is a blend of chicory, barley, spelt, and buckwheat, roasted in Libourne; it is to be infused to obtain a delicate drink with notes of toasted bread and roasted hazelnuts. The infusion can be done using tea utensils (infuser, teapot, filters) or coffee utensils (French press, filter, v60, chemex). The beverages can be enjoyed hot or cold. BIBO markets its roasted ingredients with the possibility of custom creation. The use is not limited to beverages and can include applications in cooking, baking, pastry, condiments, gomasio... We rely on certified organic production and collaborate with a social enterprise to promote social inclusion and employment for people with disabilities.
