Our product segments: Winding: The "Winding" product segment includes all conductive materials for winding electric motors, transformers, and generators. Copper and aluminum enameled wires, both round and flat, make up the largest part of this segment. In addition to specialties like the particularly low-friction SHTherm® 210/220 Glide, you will find very individual products in the area of insulated conductors made of copper and aluminum, such as SynWire WW. Furthermore, you will find (HF-)stranded wires, both round and flat, as well as bare round and flat stranded wires, which are additionally wrapped or spun with insulating materials or yarns. SynShield®, a copper or aluminum tape shielded with surface insulating materials, rounds off the "Winding" product segment. Insulate: In the "Insulate" product segment, you will find insulating materials that you need for your electrical insulation system. The largest area consists of the surface insulating materials from the SynTherm® product group. Outstanding here are the individual solutions of the multilayer laminates produced at the Blomberg and Shanghai locations, such as SynTherm® APA or SynTherm® AHA, as well as the aramid paper from the SynTherm® YT series. Additionally, you will find films, press chips, and specialties like the SynTherm® YT511 crepe tube. The SynTape® offering consists of electrical adhesive tapes made from various carrier materials such as polyester, polyimide, or PTFE combined with different types of adhesives. The SynTherm® and SynTape® offerings can be found in the SynPrep area, where customer-specific stamped parts are produced from adhesive and non-adhesive insulating materials. Other offerings in the "Insulate" segment include the electrical insulation hoses SynSleeve and the SynChem impregnating agents & potting compounds. Connect & Equip: The "Connect & Equip" product segment focuses on connection wires as well as connection and fastening elements. Additionally, you will find specialties from SynFlex's product portfolio for the completion, assembly, and testing of electric motors, transformers, and generators. The SynCon® offering includes a large area of connection wires. Noteworthy are the BETAtherm® 155 UL wires in AWG and metric versions, as well as the SynTex® 155 low-voltage switch wires.
