Water Jet Cutting

In order to better serve our customers by offering the ability to cut a wide range of materials that cannot be cut with a laser, Mecanic Systems has equipped itself with a 4-head water jet cutting machine. This machine can cut without any heat transfer, distortion, or discoloration, materials such as: Steel up to 50mm Aluminum up to 50mm Stainless steel up to 50mm PVC, … Copper, bronze, … Glass, stone, marble, … Wood, … Etc… And this is achieved through a mixture of water and abrasive with a pressure ranging from 0 to 3600 bars.
