Producers and specialists of wild strawberries. For over 50 years, Claude ARZAGOT and his team have been dedicated to producing the highest quality wild strawberries. The production of wild strawberries occurs naturally in open fields, using wheat straw mulch and fresh air, allowing the fruits to ripen under the Andalusian sun from October to the end of June. In Malaga, starting in March, our early spring brings a quality, aroma, and flavor to our wild strawberries that makes them unique and meets the expectations of our prestigious clients. Based on our values of quality and environmental respect, we strive daily to maintain a biological balance and use natural defenses through beneficial insects to protect and ensure our harvests. This controlled cultivation allows us to produce the best fruits. Harvesting is done by hand with a team of professionals who have long mastered this seemingly simple task. The strawberries are selected and picked directly into the container, with those not meeting quality standards left in place. Picking 1 kg represents over 700 fruits and takes between 1 to 3 hours. It is essential that shipping and distribution are carefully managed to preserve the quality, fragrance, and flavor of these exceptional fruits. Wild Strawberries are delivered to their destination 24 to 48 hours after harvesting.
