Arkeocean is a family-owned company based in Aspremont, near Nice, in the south of France, with teams operating in Ollainville, France, and Rabat, Morocco. Initially created to develop monitoring solutions for underwater archaeological sites, we quickly began working on solutions for the recreational diving community. It soon became clear that our technology could be a game changer in underwater robotics, and today, we have equipped over 250 AUVs (Autonomous Underwater Vehicles). In 2022, we launched our first product line: SEAKER and SEAKER+. These are fully integrated acoustic USBL systems (signal processing hardware included), agile and affordable, that adapt to any underwater mobile, from divers to ROVs and AUVs. SEAKER is equipped with a phased array reception (Rx) network that provides the relative bearing of incoming acoustic signals. SEAKER+ includes the SEAKER Rx network and a transmitter (Tx) used for emitting acoustic signals.
