AJTM is a family-owned SME specializing in industrial cutting and the manufacturing of sealing gaskets for 50 years. Our experienced team and production site based in the Paris region offer and stock a wide variety of cut gaskets and raw materials, ensuring responsiveness and quick turnaround times. Our expertise is supported by a modern and efficient machine park consisting of: -Digital control tables for manufacturing specific parts according to plans; -Automatic cutting presses for the mass production of standard gaskets; -Semi-automatic cutting presses for the production of all types of gaskets in medium series; -Rotating arm presses for the manufacturing of small-sized parts; -Special machines for producing strips of all widths and lengths. Our production tool allows us to offer different qualities of materials including: -Compact elastomers: EPDM, Nitrile, Silicone, SBR, Neoprene, etc. -Foams and cellular rubbers; -Synthetic fibers (such as Tesnit / Klinger); -Plastics: PVC, PU, PMMA, HDPE, PET, PTFE; -High-temperature products. Our materials are standardized and certified, particularly for: -Food: 1935/2004 and FDA CFR; -Potable water: ACS / WRAS / KTW; -Gas: NF ROB-GAZ. We supply all sectors of industry, notably energy, water treatment, agri-food, public works, and transportation.
