Manual actuation clamping elements for static clamping operations. The clamping operation is performed manually using the adjustable indexable handle. The floating clamping jaws ensure a symmetrical distribution of forces on the rail. Up to 50,000 static clamping cycles (B10d value). In principle, the friction connection between the clamping element and the linear guide occurs on the free surfaces of the guide rail, thus preserving the rolling paths of the ball guides. Clamping force control is achieved with a layer of oily lubricant on a guide rail. Depending on the type of guide carriage used, an adapter plate may be necessary to compensate for height.
